Program Coordinator

Job Overview

Program Coordinators supervise mentorships to ensure that mentors and mentees have a smooth and rewarding experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect meeting feedback from mentors and mentees; report key findings to the Program Manager.
    Check-in regularly with mentor-mentee groups.
  • Keep track of meetings, their completion and post-meeting summaries.
  • Handle meeting reschedulings.
    Join weekly meetings with the relevant Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school/ university student (15-20 years old)
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous / simultaneous mentoring experience at Peer2Peer.

Website Assistant

Job Overview

Website Assistants ensure the information on the Peer2Peer website is kept up-to-date, and fix any formatting or syntax errors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Upload bios of new mentors
  • Update mentor information (e.g. changes in availability)
  • Translate pages from English to Chinese (or vice versa)
  • Join weekly meetings with the relevant Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school/ university student (15-20 years old)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • WordPress proficiency (optional)

Administrator

Job Overview

Administrators assist in mentor-mentee matching and other tasks to run the Peer2Peer program efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Open group chats for mentors and mentees.
  • Facilitate introductory meetings.
  • Distribute guidelines, how-tos and agreement forms to newly accepted mentors and mentees.
  • Keep track of incoming mentor and mentee applications.
  • Pass on mentor and mentee profiles to the Program Branch.
  • Join weekly meetings with the relevant manager
Qualifications
  •  High school/ university student (15-20 years old)
  • Fluent in English

Public Relations Assistant

Job Overview

Public Relations Assistants produce promotional media (flyers, videos, photos, etc.) and help distribute material to achieve recognition in the Hong Kong community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Produce promotional articles (e.g. flyers, videos, photos).
  • Write newsletters and relevant communications for donors.
  • Manage and engage followers on Peer2Peer Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts (at least twice a week).
  • Join weekly meetings with the relevant Manager.
  • Refer any questions to the relevant branches.
Qualifications
  • High school/ university student (15-20 years old)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Interest / skill in creative media
  • Experience in graphic design / journalism (preferred)
